AI-Written Weekly Updates

BABE™ generates a professional weekly update email for each project based on actual task completion data, upcoming milestones, and any pending client actions. The GC reviews and sends in one click. Clients receive a branded email with a direct link to their portal.

Material Approvals

When a material selection is ready for client review, the GC sends an approval request. The client sees the item details, price, and any notes, then approves or declines directly from their portal. Status is tracked across all materials on a per-item basis (needed → ordered → delivered).

Milestone Notifications

Tasks flagged as milestones can trigger automatic email notifications to the client when they're marked complete — framing inspection passed, cabinets installed, final walkthrough scheduled. Clients stay informed without the GC having to remember to call.
